ABOUT ME

I believe personal growth often begins quietly - in the subtle realization that something no longer fits.

Often, the women I work with are high-functioning and responsible. They’ve learned how to manage, achieve, and hold it together. And yet, beneath that competence, there can be quiet restlessness, moments of doubt, or a sense that life feels smaller than it should.

My work is not about forcing change. It’s about creating space for clarity, expansion, and a steadier relationship with yourself.

In our sessions, we slow things down. We explore identity, values, patterns, and the beliefs that quietly shape your decisions. We experiment gently. We build self-trust. Over time, change becomes less about forcing and more about alignment.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology.  While my background as a psychotherapist includes trauma and abuse recovery, my current focus is growth-oriented therapy for women navigating transition, purpose, and self-definition.

Outside of my work, I value simplicity, structure, and time in nature - the kind of environment that allows space for reflection. That same steadiness is something I aim to bring to our therapy sessions.

If you’re looking for thoughtful, steady work, we may be a good fit.
