work with me

The women I work with are thoughtful, capable, and often have already done meaningful personal or therapeutic work.

On the outside, life may be steady.  On the inside, something is shifting.  A version of yourself no longer fits.  A role feels too small.  A quiet knowing says, there is another way you want to live.

To move through this transition, you may need a steady, thoughtful partnership and a reflective space - to think clearly, understand what is emerging, and begin shaping your next chapter.

What Our Work Looks Like

This is ongoing, reflective therapy for women navigating transition, reinvention, and personal growth.

We explore your identity, values, relationships, and the patterns that have shaped who you’ve been. We pay attention to what feels outgrown - and what feels quietly alive below the surface.

Rather than focusing on what no longer fits, we focus on what is trying to emerge. Over time, the work becomes less about pushing change and more about living in alignment with who you are becoming.

Common Reasons Clients Reach Out

  • Feeling disconnected from the life you’ve built

  • Burnout from carrying too much for too long

  • Divorce, heartbreak, or rebuilding after a relationship ends

  • Life transitions or identity shifts

  • Anxiety, overthinking, or self-doubt during periods of change

  • A desire for deeper purpose, alignment, or reinvention

  • Feeling ready for a new chapter

My work focuses on women navigating identity shifts, reinvention, heartbreak, burnout, and major life transitions. While anxiety, low mood, and self-doubt are often part of these experiences, therapy can also become a space to reconnect with yourself and begin shaping a life that feels much more aligned.

This May be a Good Fit If:

  • You value steady, consistent therapy

  • You’re questioning old expectations and exploring what feels authentic now.

  • You’re willing to slow down and reflect

  • You’re seeking depth rather than quick fixes

I offer daytime sessions, Monday through Thursday.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to begin the conversation.
