You’re functioning, responsible, and doing what you’re supposed to do, but underneath it, you feel stuck - like you don’t know what to do with your life, or how to move forward.
You may feel lost, trapped, unmotivated, unhappy, or perhaps that your life isn’t going the way you wanted it to.
Sometimes this shows up after difficult relationships, burnout, or experiences that have shaped you more than you expected.
You may now be questioning your direction, your relationships, or the roles you’ve been living in for years.

I’m not the kind of therapist who just listens. I’m actively involved in our sessions. I will ask you thoughtful questions, reflect patterns, and help you make sense of what’s keeping you unhappy so you can start figuring out what actually feels right for you.
We start wherever you are - whether that’s feeling lost in your life, unsure of what to do next, questioning a relationship or your direction, or simply knowing something isn’t working anymore.
Through careful reflection and dialogue, clients often begin to recognize parts of their experience that previously felt confusing or hard to articulate. It’s not uncommon for someone to pause and say, “Yes — that’s exactly it. I’ve never been able to put it into words before.”

who you are becoming, not just who you have been
the beliefs, fears, or patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck
the values that feel most meaningful to you now

What Therapy With Me can Look Like
My approach is conversational, reflective, and somatic. We don’t just talk about things on the surface - we slow down, look more closely at what’s going on underneath, and begin to understand why you feel the way you do.
You don’t need to have anything figured out before you start. You don’t need the right words or a clear plan - just a sense that something in your life isn’t working, and a willingness to look at it.
Over time, this work can help you feel clearer about what you want, more confident in your decisions, and more able to move forward - so your life starts to feel more like your own.

Sessions are $175 and typically take place weekly (especially to start)
I offer virtual sessions across Ontario. If you’re located elsewhere, you may inquire about eligibility
Appointments are available Monday - Thursday during daytime hours
