Ready for your next chapter?

Something in your life is asking to change.

You may feel disconnected from yourself, uncertain about your direction, or aware that the life you’ve built no longer fits.

Perhaps you’re rebuilding after heartbreak, navigating a major transition, or wanting more meaning, clarity, or authenticity in your life.

Therapy can become a space to reflect, rediscover yourself, and move toward a life that feels more like your own.

You might recognize

yourself here

Something in your life no longer fits the way it once did.

From the outside, things may look fine. You’re functioning, responsible, and doing what’s expected of you - but internally, something feels off. You may feel disconnected from yourself, uncertain about what you truly want, or aware that the life you’ve built no longer reflects who you are.

You may find yourself craving more meaning, authenticity, space to breathe, or a stronger sense of who you are and where you want your life to go.

Often, this isn’t about everything falling apart. It’s about realizing you’re ready for something different.

How Therapy

Can Help

Therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect to yourself in a deeper way.

Rather than focusing only on coping or short-term fixes, we pay attention to your shifting identity, needs, values, relationships, and sense of direction.

Over time, therapy will help you:

  • gain clarity about what feels meaningful to you now

  • reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been neglected, hidden, or outgrown

  • understand that patterns that keep you disconnected from yourself

  • discover your values and inner sense of direction

  • learn to trust yourself when making decisions

  • begin creating a life that feels more authentic and fully your own

If you’re ready for your next chapter and want help figuring out how to move forward, you can book a free 15-minute consultation to get a clearer sense of your direction

What Therapy With Me can Look Like

As a Registered Psychotherapist providing virtual therapy across Ontario, I work with women who are navigating major life transitions, identity shifts, reinvention, and questions about what comes next. Together, we explore what feels like it’s not working anymore - and what kind of life you want to build instead.

I’m not the kind of therapist who just listens. I’m actively involved in our sessions. I will ask you thoughtful questions, reflect patterns, and help you make sense of what’s changing so you can start figuring out what actually feels right for you.

We start wherever you are - whether you’re questioning your direction, adjusting to a major life change, rebuilding after a difficult season, or simply recognizing that the life you have built no longer feels like you.

Through careful reflection and dialogue, clients often begin to recognize parts of their experience that previously felt confusing or hard to articulate. It’s not uncommon for someone to pause and say, “Yes — that’s exactly it. I’ve never been able to put it into words before.”

Often, clarity begins when you finally have space to slow down and really hear yourself.

In our work together, we might explore:

  • who you are becoming, not just who you have been

  • what kind of life you want to create in your next chapter

  • what ‘starting over’ could look like in a grounded, sustainable way

  • the direction that feels more aligned with who you are becoming

My approach is conversational, reflective, and somatic. We don’t just talk about things on the surface - we slow down, look more closely at what’s going on underneath, and begin to understand why you feel the way you do.

You don’t need to have anything figured out before you start. You don’t need the right words or a clear plan - just a sense that something in your life isn’t working and a willingness to look at it.

Over time, this work can help you feel clearer about what you want, more confident in your decisions, and more able to move forward - so your life starts to feel more like your own.
